A bona fide ?churrascaria,? known in Brazil as a restaurant where meat is the specialty, Fogo de Ch?o (fo-go d?e shown) is a genuine steakhouse from Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil. With ?Gauchos? (Southern Brazilian cowboys) preparing and serving delectably slow roasted meats, Fogo de Ch?o offers a spectacular exhibition of authenticity and originality.

The restaurant offers continous service of 15 unique cuts of meat, including chicken, pork, lamb and beef. An unparalleled salad buffet offers over 30 items such as gourmet salads, freshly roasted peppers, hearts of palm and jumbo asparagus. The fixed price menu also offers an array of traditional side dishes including garlic mashed potatoes, fried polenta and pao de quijo. An award-wining wine list wraps up the meal.

Patrons control their dinner service with the use of a red and green disc - flip the disc to green and the Gaucho chefs will bring out skewers of sizziling meats for the table. Flip the disc to red and it signals a stopping point for the Gauchos. Guests can flip their disc as often as they'd like.

Fogo de Ch?o is open for lunch and dinner and is ideal for a business or leisure meal.

Lunch: Monday-Friday 11:30am-2:30pm

Dinner: Monday-Thursday 5:30pm-10pm; Friday 5:30pm- 10:30pm; Saturday 4:30pm-10:30pm; Sunday 4:00pm- 9:00pm.
